40 hours a week, with the possibility of additional hours as required.
Possibility of working across multiple sites if you want to pick up extra hours
We are a new and growing business, so you will be responsible for running the entire kitchen operation as we expand. We will provide a menu for opening, with revisions to be implemented straight away.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing prep and service
Stock ordering
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Overseeing portion control and food cost management
Training and supervising junior kitchen staff as needed
Collaborating on menu development and specials once implemented
