We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team and contribute to our ongoing success. Position Overview As a Chef de Partie, you will oversee a specific kitchen section, ensuring top-quality food preparation and smooth kitchen operations.

You will work closely with our head chefs to maintain consistency, train junior staff, and ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning & Costing – Assist in designing menus, estimating food and labor costs, and placing ingredient orders to maintain consistent supply and quality.
  • Food Preparation & Cooking – Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring timely service and adherence to restaurant specifications.
  • Quality Control – Monitor and uphold the quality of dishes from preparation to plating, ensuring every meal meets Dante’s high standards.
  • Staff Training & Leadership – Mentor junior chefs, train staff in cooking techniques and presentation, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.
  • Hygiene & Safety Compliance – Enforce strict food safety and hygiene regulations, conducting regular training and audits.
  • Inventory & Supply Management – Monitor stock levels, track ingredient usage, and manage food waste efficiently.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with managers and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Kitchen Operations Efficiency – Maintain an organized and productive workstation, ensuring smooth service during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of three years in a professional kitchen as a Chef or Chef de Partie.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and culinary techniques.
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to lead a team, train staff, and foster a positive kitchen culture.
  • Food Safety Compliance: Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Passion & Creativity: A love for Italian cuisine and a commitment to culinary excellence.
