We’re now seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help maintain the high standards of culinary excellence that we are known for.

Position Overview:

As the Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in daily operations, food preparation, and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills, creativity, and leadership while contributing to the ongoing success of Le Bouillon Bel Air.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing the menu
Oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standard, both in taste and presentation
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety regulations
Manage inventory, control food costs, and order supplies when necessary

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of French cuisine and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A passion for food and a commitment to quality

Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus
