Kitchen Hand / Sous-Chef

We’re looking for a sous chef / kitchen hand for our new bar - 187.

We’re looking for someone with some kitchen experience who’s driven and motivated to provide great food and keep our kitchen looking mint.

As sous-chef, you’ll be second in command of our small but efficient kitchen which produces some incredibly tasty homemade pizzas, fried chicken and other tasty home made goods, platters and other tasty treats.

Part of your role will include food preparation, stock control, cooking food and running our lunch / dinner service with the head chef. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy work space.

We’re a new business with lots of room to grow and expand and hope that you’re keen on the challenge to make 187 a go to place for not only our vast selection of craft beer, cocktails and spirits but also our delicious food offering.

We’re looking for someone to start immediately, but can work around timeline of you giving any notice period.
