Our client is a national membership-based organisation supporting senior leaders across New Zealand. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide key administrative support to their executive team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events, conferences, and workshops across various New Zealand locations
- Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain confidential records and ensure information is accurately managed
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage incoming communications with professionalism and discretion
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
