Senior Account Manager/Emerging Account Director
We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Account Manager or emerging Account Director to join our growing team.
You’ll be a proven suit – someone who brings experience in relationship management, a sharp commercial lens, and ideally some social media or PR know-how. But above all, you’ll be a trusted operator who thrives on making things happen and delivering great work.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on a portfolio of key client accounts, managing day-to-day activity and ensuring the smooth delivery of campaign initiatives across brand, digital, content, and comms. You’ll be the vital link between clients and the agency – building strong, respectful relationships and helping ensure everything we deliver is on brief, on budget, and at a high standard.
To thrive here, you’ll need to be highly organised, proactive, calm under pressure, and a natural communicator. While social and PR experience is a bonus, the core of the role is excellence in project and account management – backed by strong collaboration and a passion for delivering work that makes an impact.
Requirements- Client Growth and Retention: You will focus on maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery, proactive communication, and a thorough understanding of client needs.
- Thorough Account Management: Ensuring clients feel well supported, you will develop a strategic understanding of their businesses, how they operate, and their specific challenges. You will provide reliable and responsive account management, ensuring all client needs are met with efficiency and accuracy.
- Implementation of PR &/or Social Media Campaigns: You will be responsible for the effective implementation of PR and social media campaigns, working closely with specialist teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery against client objectives.
- Project Management: You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client projects, including planning, coordinating resources, briefing internal teams and external partners, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will be adept at managing various project types and comfortable working with production partners to bring campaigns to life.
- Forecasting and Resourcing: You will manage accurate forecasting and resource planning for your clients' projects. This includes providing timely updates on project status, ensuring accurate project setup in Scoro, and managing invoicing according to client contracts and service level agreements.
- Learning and Growth: You will be responsible for your professional development by actively seeking opportunities to enhance your account and project management skills.
