We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time(or Casual) Sushi Chef and kitchen staff to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on sushi preparation and kitchen maintenance.

Work schedule can be arranged for 2–5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Slicing & Preparation: Carefully slice and prepare chicken and salmon for sushi dishes, ensuring precision and consistency.
  • Deep Frying: Cook deep-fried items, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize oil containers and kitchen equipment after each use to maintain a hygienic work environment.
  • Food Safety: Ensure all food preparation and handling complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage kitchen supplies, notifying management of any shortages or needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation.
