- Preparing, cooking/baking and presenting food
- Monitoring the quality of all dishes going out of the kitchen
- Demonstrate technique in classic café cuisine
- Have the responsibility and ability to adjust dishes according to dietary requirements
- Making changes to the menu as needed in accordance to the season or trends
- Creating daily specials in accordance to the season or trends
- Maintaining hygiene regulations in handling food, storing food and equipment
- Planning and ordering food supplies
- Training junior kitchen staff
- Reporting issues and concerns to manager/owners
- Ensuring the smooth operation of all kitchen activities
- Work from 30hrs to 40hrs per week.
- Pay rate from $25.00/hr to $35.00/hr depend on experience and skill.
