The Turf & One Good Horse is a busy restaurant and bar in Parklands, Christchurch. We’re on the hunt for an experienced Sous Chef, or a Chef de Partie ready to take the next step in their career. This is a full-time role of approx. 40 hours per week.

What we’re looking for:
  • Proven cooking experience in a busy hospitality environment
  • Communication and people skills
  • Energy, charisma, and a calm head under pressure
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
