Executive Assistant

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease. This role supports Senior Executives and requires someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing competing demands.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Responding to queries (verbal and written)
- Diary and calendar management
- General administration support
- Preparing, formatting, and editing documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing (minimum 70 wpm)
- Prior experience supporting senior executives in an EA capacity
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong document preparation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and stay calm amid interruptions
Your ability to manage changing workloads while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines will be key to your success in this role.
