Executive Assistant

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease. This role supports Senior Executives and requires someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing competing demands.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Responding to queries (verbal and written)
  • Diary and calendar management
  • General administration support
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing documents
**What You'll Bring:**
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing (minimum 70 wpm)
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives in an EA capacity
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Strong document preparation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and stay calm amid interruptions

Your ability to manage changing workloads while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines will be key to your success in this role.
