The role | Te tūnga This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based at our Wellington Office.The role sits within the Group Planning & Support team, which provides advice and centralised support to enable the Insights & Statistics group to operate in a coordinated, efficient, informed, and future-focused manner.As an Executive Assistant within this team, you will work closely with three other Executive Assistants, a Senior Executive Assistant and an Operational and Executive Support Specialist to provide operational advice, administrative and secretarial support across a large group.This role would suit someone who can bring: Proven experience working closely with senior leaders within the public sector Strong organisational and time-management skills, and ability to juggle competing priorities A strong customer service mentality and excellent relationship-building skills.
