Duties & Responsibilities
The Sous Chef will be responsible for the following duties: Planning Menus
- Assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
- Preparing and cooking high-quality food
- Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring smooth workflow
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
- Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
- Training and supporting junior kitchen staff
- Ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation
- Contributing to team efficiency and kitchen performance
Candidates must have relevant work experience of 3 years and/or Minimum level 5 relevant qualification
