Duties & Responsibilities

The Sous Chef will be responsible for the following duties: Planning Menus

  • Assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
  • Preparing and cooking high-quality food
  • Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
  • Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
  • Training and supporting junior kitchen staff
  • Ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation
  • Contributing to team efficiency and kitchen performance
Requirements

Candidates must have relevant work experience of 3 years and/or Minimum level 5 relevant qualification
