Corelli's Cafe in Devonport is seeking experienced, positive and energetic Sous Chef to support our Devonport kitchen.
PRIMARY GOALS & OBJECTIVES:
- To maintain the highest possible standard of food & service
- To protect everyone’s health by operating in a clean, safe & sanitary kitchen.
- To ensure all standards & procedures are adhered to.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- High standard of service & professionalism.
- The ability to follow proven systems and procedures
- Great presentation & personal hygiene.
- Great communicator and fluent in English.
- Able to work a variety of shifts including nights & weekends.
- Have relevant qualifications and experience at the same working responsibilities, minimum 2-year’ experience
- Must be and have the rights to work in New Zealand
