About the Role

As our new Venue Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with medium to large businesses, as well as private clients, and crafting tailored experiences that align with their needs.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running — leveraging strong sales expertise and negotiation skills to take Cliffside to the next level.

This role isn’t about managing a team — it’s about working independently and owning results. As the sole driver of venue sales and bookings, you’ll be building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. This is not an administrative role — we’re looking for a proven sales professional who thrives on cold calling, chasing opportunities, and turning prospects into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and nurture client relationships (corporate and private)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Represent and promote the Cliffside brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver seamless event experiences
