We are now seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to build, lead, and grow our commercial sales division. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth in Auckland’s dynamic commercial property sector, while recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Backed by our AI-powered, ultra-efficient systems and full in-house support, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our position as a market leader in commercial real estate.

Key responsibilities:
  • Plan, organise, and direct commercial sales activities to achieve targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing commercial sales team
  • Drive business development and foster strong client relationships with vendors, investors, and tenants
  • Ensure compliance with the Real Estate Agents Act, Code of Conduct, and company standards
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create campaigns that attract serious buyers and tenants
  • Build and strengthen James Law Realty’s reputation in the commercial property market
  • Analyse market trends and provide leadership on emerging opportunities
What we’re looking for:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate sales or management
  • Current REAA Salesperson Licence (essential) - For qualified individuals, our firm can assist.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver results under pressure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Tech-savvy, confident with digital tools and data-driven strategies
  • Familiarity with multicultural markets is an advantage
