Business Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Now, we are expanding our expertise into the business sales sector and seeking an experienced Business Sales Manager to lead and grow this division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing business sales team.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor salespeople to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Drive business development and secure new listings across a range of industries.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow James Law Realty’s business sales presence in New Zealand.
  • Foster strong relationships with business owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with the Real Estate Agents Act and company standards.
  • Provide market insights, analysis, and leadership on business sales opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business sales, commercial sales, or real estate leadership.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a team, with strong leadership skills.
  • Current REAA Salesperson Licence (essential) - For qualified individuals, our firm can assist.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Tech-savvy, with confidence using digital tools and data-driven strategies.
  • Familiarity with multicultural markets is an advantage.
