Chef Wanted– Join the Colonel Malones Kitchen Team!
We’re on the hunt for a motivated Chef to join our busy kitchen here at Colonel Malones in Stratford.
If you can work under pressure, keep the dockets moving, and take pride in serving up delicious food, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
Preparing and cooking menu items to our quality standards
Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and safe
Working alongside the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role preferred. minimum 1 years Kitchen experience
- A good knowledge of food and Cookery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and good time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Level 3 or city and guilds qualification or relevant kitchen experience.
- 45 hours, including evenings and weekends.
NZ work permit is preferred but we are an accredited employer and open to AEWV applicants for experienced applicates
