Sous Chef

This hands-on role involves supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and leading operations in the Head Chef’s absence. You will help maintain high food quality and presentation standards, supervise kitchen staff, assist with stock control, and ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, organisation, and a passion for hospitality are essential.
