We are now seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to lead our project sales division. In this role, you’ll work directly with developers, manage large-scale real estate developments, and build and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve record-breaking results.Backed by our AI-powered, ultra-efficient systems and full in-house support, this is your opportunity to shape the future of project sales with one of New Zealand’s most dynamic real estate agencies.
Key responsibilities:- Plan, organise, and direct project sales activities for real estate developments
- Recruit, lead, and coach a high-performing project sales team
- Liaise directly with developers and stakeholders to execute effective sales strategies
- Oversee marketing campaigns and showroom management in collaboration with our in-house design and marketing team
- Ensure compliance with the Real Estate Agents Act and Code of Conduct
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and manage contracts/documentation
- Build and strengthen James Law Realty’s reputation as a market leader in project marketing
- At least 5 years’ experience in real estate sales, with proven success in project marketing or large-scale developments
- Current REAA Salesperson Licence (essential) - For qualified individuals, our firm can assist.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute high-volume sales campaigns
- Tech-savvy and confident with digital marketing platforms

- Familiarity with multicultural markets is an advantage
