Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals according to the café menu and specials.

Manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and performance.

Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards (compliance with council regulations and Chomp food control plan).

Monitor food costs, stock levels, and supplier orders efficiently.

Contribute to menu development, seasonal updates, and cost control.

Work collaboratively with café management to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.
