Snr Chef de Partie
We are looking for a talented Snr Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join one our Culinary team at our 5* Lodge for a 8-12 week contract this summer. Our kiwi Head Chef is looking for someone talented, that wants to plate interesting, seasonal cuisine and hone their skills in a truly spectacular environment.
Key details: January thru March/April 2026
Hourly rate $31.00 to $35.00 + 8% holiday pay (depending on experience)Free accommodation and meals on duty if required
Must be able to pass MOJ check

Must have own reliable car
You would be a culinary professional with drive and passion who has been exposed to contemporary cuisine. Ideally you will have notched up a few years as a chef de Partie, working in a Michelin / Relais & Chateaux / Hatted Restaurant.
You will be interacting with guest, so a solid command of english is required. We are looking for someone that has shown commitment to their career and previous employers. This position will see you working on all sections, starting on Breakfast / Prep and moving into the evenings brigade.
Working holidays are OK but Sponsorship is not available
