Full Time Front Office Reception Position

This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone with excellent communication, multitasking skills, and a 'can-do' attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Check guests in and out using hotel booking systems
  • Manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms (e.g., Booking.com)
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally
  • Process payments and issue invoices
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Maintain records and reports accurately
Requirements:
  • Relevant customer service or reception experience
  • Proficient in English; additional language skills an advantage
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, hotel booking systems)
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Must be available to work weekends or public holidays as rostered
