We’re currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused team member to join our front office team. If you love delivering great guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.- What You'll Do
- Greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and process payments
- Manage reservations and respond to guest enquiries with professionalism
- Answer incoming calls efficiently and courteously
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Address guest issues with a solution-focused, proactive mindset
- Shifts & Availability
- Reception operates:
Weekends: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- We’re hiring for the morning shift: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Availability: 5–6 days/week, including one weekend day
- What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in front desk or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Experience using a Reservations Management System (RMS preferred)
- Confidence with Microsoft Office applications
- A positive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional personal presentation and polished phone manner
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required
