POSITION OVERVIEW
If you love being a chef and eager to join a supportive, energetic team, this could be the ideal role for you. This position offers 40-50 hours per week, rostered shifts Monday to Sunday. The position commences at the end of April or early May.
KEY QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE- Previous Sous Chef experience, a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and at least four years working as a chef.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- The ability to competently lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence.
- A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and consistently delivers exceptional dishes, even under pressure.
- Highly organised, tidy, and brings a positive sense of humour to the workplace.
