NEO is a popular, award-winning cafe nestled in the heart of the city. Open daily, we serve a modern brunch menu and diverse cabinet selections. All meals are made in-house and we are known for creative, well-presented, and delicious meals made by our skilled team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

If you love being a chef and eager to join a supportive, energetic team, this could be the ideal role for you. This position offers 40-50 hours per week, rostered shifts Monday to Sunday. The position commences at the end of April or early May.

• Previous Sous Chef experience, a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and at least four years working as a chef.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• The ability to competently lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence.
• A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and consistently delivers exceptional dishes, even under pressure.
• Highly organised, tidy, and brings a positive sense of humour to the workplace.
