We're currently hiring for senior Chef de Parties. These are full-time positions, but we are also open to part-time candidates who are a good fit for our team. We will consider working holiday applicants who can commit to 4-6 months. Work is available in Te Aro, or Island Bay; depending on your suitability to the role and desire for different location/type of worj.
You’ll need to present with:- At least two years chef experience at reputable, busy establishments.
- Relaxed, confident and positive attitude with high energy levels and resilience
- Quality cooking. We expect every plate, every time, to be at an excellent standard.
- Stocktaking and stock rotation skills, with a good understanding of kitchen financials, we will provide training.
- Willingness to upskill and train junior team members
- Ability to handle pressure and busy periods
- A desire to learn and progress
- A good understanding and management of dietary requirements

- A high standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness and an understanding of the importance of our food safety plan
- Flexible availability across a seven-day work roster. We can work around other commitments.
