About the role

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in the kitchen brigade, working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to deliver consistently high-quality dishes. You’ll run your section with confidence, contribute to menu execution, and ensure smooth service across our mix of pub classics, modern dining, and function offerings.

• Run your section with consistency and flair
• Work closely with the Head Chef and team to deliver seamless service
• Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi ready to step up
• Hands-on, detail-focused, and a team player
• Passion for honest, hearty food and presentation
