Office Administrator – Automotive Workshop
Roskill Auto Mechanical is looking for a positive, outgoing Office Administrator to join our team. This is a new role, and we are open to both full-time or part-time applicants at this stage.
We’re seeking someone with a can-do attitude and previous experience working as an administrator in an automotive workshop who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoys dealing with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: > Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers and suppliers with general enquiries
> Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner> Entering customer details and job information into our system
> Loading and processing invoices
> Assisting the Accounts Manager with end-of-month accounts and supplier statements
> Liaising with suppliers as required
> Providing general administrative support to the workshop team
About You: > Previous administrative experience in an automotive workshop environment
> Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills> Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
> Comfortable using computers and workshop management systems
> Reliable, proactive, and willing to help where needed
> Able to work independently and as part of a team
