Are you ready to join a dynamic team in the water treatment industry? We are a growing company specializing in projects, services, and equipment sales for small to medium-sized ventures. We're seeking an open-minded individual with a positive "can do" attitude to become an integral part of our team.
As the Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our business. No two days will be the same, making this role exciting and dynamic.
This role is a permanent part-time position, 20-25 hours per week with some flexibility when needed. The hours could be worked at five hours per day five days per week, or six hours per day for four days per week (Tue-Fri).
Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable: Enter invoices and perform supplier reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
Handle General Filing & Data Entry: Organize documents and maintain data accuracy through diligent filing and data entry.
Coordinate Incoming & Outgoing Couriers: Facilitate the sending and receiving of packages and materials.
Open & Close Work Orders: Assist in the organization of work orders, ensuring efficient task management.
Stationery & Consumables: Order necessary supplies to support our daily operations.
Review Technician's Job Notes: Check and follow up on technician's notes to ensure thorough completion of tasks.
Arrange Goods Shipments: Coordinate the dispatch of pallets of goods as needed.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a proactive "can do" approach and a willingness to support your colleagues.
Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Communication & Time Management: Effective communication skills and the ability to manage your time efficiently.
Friendly Personality: Maintain a friendly manner and foster positive relationships with all team members.
Experience using Aroflo/MYOB will be an advantage
