We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth day to day running of our office. This role is key to keeping operations efficient and providing administrative support to the wider team. key responsibilities are to provide administrative support to management and the service team, managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
Maintain accurate records, files and documentation, coordinate and schedule work for the service team. Assist with invoicing and quoting. Order office and service supplies. You will need proven experience, strong organisational skills, confident communication skills.
Able to prioritise tasks and mange deadlines effectively. Proficient in Microsoft office systems. Reliable, proactive and a strong team player. We offer competitive salary, friendly supportive and experienced team. Well established and reputable organisation.
