We are looking for a part time Accounts Assistant to join our team and perform daily accounting tasks that will support our accounting function. Responsibilities include loading supplier payments, processing financial transactions and reconciling bank accounts.
Key skills and experience- Strong administration and data entry skills
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Experience using financial software (e.g. Xero, MYOB)
- A basic understanding of accounts payable and receivable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, in particular Outlook and Excel
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise multiple demands
- Keen to support and embrace the SuperTyre culture
- Responds well to time constraints and generally works at a brisk pace
- Comfortable working and making decisions independently
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Well organized and efficient
