What you will bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar marketing or communication roles
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, communications or related discipline is desirable
  • Expertise in campaign delivery, budget management and customer engagement
  • A passion for local community engagement
  • A strong connection to sustainable and environmental responsibility
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

The Role:

  • Is 40 hours per week Monday-Friday based at Mitre 10 MEGA New Plymouth
  • Provides leadership and oversight across marketing, customer experience, and sustainability, driving growth and continuous improvement
  • Supports Mitre 10 Mega New Plymouth, Mitre 10 New Plymouth and Columbus Coffee Café at Mitre 10 MEGA New Plymouth
  • Is supported by the Member Principal and General Store Manager
  • Provides guidance and support to the Marketing coordinator
