You will support with wider coordination work across the management team, which will include coordination of meetings, taking minutes and actions, editing papers, making travel bookings and managing invoices.About the Team/Service/ LocationThe National Public Health Service (NPHS) within Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, work towards Pae Ora (healthy futures) for all by engaging with the wider determinants that impact people's health, focusing on oranga/wellbeing, prevention, protection, and population-level intervention.

To be successful you must be able to work at a fast-pace, juggle changing priorities, work across teams and be someone that naturally enjoys an environment and role that is constantly changing. You will have:Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role providing support to a senior executive and their wider team Extensive administration and coordination experienceFamiliarity with making travel and accommodation bookingsAble to coordinate meetings, take minutes and action next steps accordinglyStrong attention to detailHighly skilled in Microsoft Office suite- MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OutlookExperienced in using invoicing and payment systems/processesAbility to manage relationships at all levels of the organisationWorking for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
