About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant, reporting to the CEO and working closely with the wider senior leadership team. This is a permanent full-time role based in Ellerslie and will provide executive support and responsible for high-level administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilites:- Diary Management of the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring busy & complex schedules are met.
- Scheduling, preparing & taking minutes of meeting.
- Assisting with board presentations, reports and any other confidential documents.
- Professional and confident communication with the wider organisation.
- Assisting in project management and following up on key deliverables.
- Organising events, meetings, conferences and any ad hoc requests.
- Day-to Day Office management tasks
For this role, you will:
- Have minimum 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AI and other Technologies is an added advantage
- Advanced MS Office skills (Powerpoint/Word/Excel)
- Excellent inter-personal skills and attention to detail
- Pro-active with professional attitude
- Transport Industry experience: desirable
