School Administrative Assistant / Library Support Position
We are seeking a friendly and organised individual to join our school team in a dual-role position. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties in the morning and provide library support in the afternoon.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Process administrative paperwork, correspondence, and reports using Google Suite applications
- Assist staff and students with general inquiries in a warm, approachable manner
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support the school library operations using Accessit library management system
- Assist students and staff with library resources and inquiries
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Positive, approachable demeanour
- Cultural responsiveness and awareness
- Experience with or willingness to learn Accessit library management system
This part-time position offers a dynamic work environment in our vibrant school community, with mornings dedicated to administrative tasks and afternoons supporting our school library.
