**Job Description:**
As the Office Administrator/Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Quoting:** Prepare and manage plumbing job quotes for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- **Product Ordering:** Oversee the ordering of plumbing supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory levels and vendor relationships.
- **Organisation of Jobs:** Coordinate and schedule plumbing jobs, ensuring that our staff have the necessary information and resources to perform their work effectively.
- **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- **Administrative Support:** Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Oversee the day to day running of the health and safety regulations
**Qualifications:**- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the trades or plumbing industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident using office software (e.g., Fergus, excel, Xero ).
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
