Join Our Clients Team as a Compliance Assistant here in Nelson! Are you passionate about vehicles and enjoy hands-on work? Do you have an eye for detail and experience in office administration? our client is looking for a proactive and motivated Compliance Assistant to support their Entry Certification team!
About the Role - As a Compliance Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping vehicles move smoothly through the certification process. You'll provide both administrative and practical support, including vehicle preparation, disassembly, documentation handling, recording data and delivering excellent customer service.This is a varied role that combines time in the office and the workshop, ideal for someone who enjoys working with cars. This is a temporary full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 AM - 4:30 PM) with the occasional Saturday. Potential to go permanent with the client for the right candidate!
About you -* Office administration experience.* Basic computer and accurate data entry skills.* Interest and aptitude for vehicles and hands-on tasks.* Clean, current New Zealand driver's licence.* Comfortable using basic tools (e.g. drills, hand tools).* Experience in an automotive workshop environment beneficial, however full training provided.* Knowledge of vehicle vinning/compliance processes is beneficial.
