The real estate industry is fast-paced and always evolving where no one day is like the next.

This varied role encompasses a wide range of administration tasks with some marketing components, focussed on ensuring our external client's campaigns are delivered smoothly, providing administrative support to our internal clients - our sales consultants and ensuring the smooth running of the office and upholding the brand values that make Bayleys what it is.

You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work with a range of personalities, are calm under pressure, and have an outgoing personality with a can-do attitude. You will be savvy around a computer and have excellent initiative and outstanding attention to detail.

You will be proactive and able to work autonomously, managing your own workflow ensuring that you adhere to deadlines and meet the requirements of your team.

You will be responsible for, amongst other things:
  • Processing of listings and ensuring property marketing campaigns are booked and completed as per timeframes and requirements outlined
  • Processing property transactions and liaising with our accounts team and lawyers
  • Administrative assistance to our sales consultants
  • Answering telephones, email enquiries, greeting clients and general administration of day-to-day office requirements
  • Marketing & social media support

All aspects of the role we will provide full training on.
