Payroll Advisor

About the role:In this roles= you will support the team with payroll administration to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the payroll. Day to day tasks will include the following:
- Managing a shared inbox
- Entering payroll information into the system and assisting with the preparation of processing the fortnightly payroll
- Assist with payroll related legislative queries
- Ensuring payroll information is correct before processing
- Payroll reporting
About you
You will have previously worked in a payroll environment and have knowledge around payroll processing, Holidays Act compliance and have strong attention to detail. You will be able to roll your sleeves up and support the team with what is needed. Beyond this, you will ideally have the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using PayGlobal, DataPay or something equivalent
- The ability to work under pressure
- Adaptable personality
