Dui’s Restaurant of Fine Thai Cuisine is seeking an experienced Thai Chef to join established and well-loved restaurant in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver authentic Thai cuisine to a high standard

Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team

Maintain kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and food safety

Assist with menu planning and stock management

Requirements:

Proven experience in Thai cuisine

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Hours:

Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner
