The Opportunity: Reporting to the General Manager, New Zealand, you will be leading a variety of teams. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven performer who has a passion for people management and customer service excellence.As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level, proactive, and comprehensive support to our General Manager. Your role will enable them to work effectively and efficiently, allowing them to focus on their responsibilities.

Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to lead and manage teams and contractors. You will also lead the maintenance requirements of a fleet of parking equipment while driving health and safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across our teams.You will conduct reporting and analysis to help make strategic and operational decisions.

Executive Support: Manage diaries, correspondence, and inquiries. Provide word processing, spreadsheet, and other document processing support.Team Participation: Actively participate as a member of the corporate and wider Evolution Healthcare team. Look for opportunities to improve operations.
Office Management: Maintain effective electronic and paper filing systems. Compile statistics, process data, and contribute to the production of reports. Assist with the preparation of projects (new car parks/ equipment upgrades, etc.), be on-site through the whole process of implementing the projects (this includes when required outside normal business hours).
Sales Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive parking experience. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide information regarding parking rates, policies, and procedures.Administer New parkers applications, Cancelations, Parkers Records (always keep up to date), evaluate monthly parking rate reviews and administer car park bay relocations.
