The Role

You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of our menu, ensuring every plate meets our standards for taste and presentation. This is a hands-on role in a busy kitchen where efficiency and teamwork are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of menu items, including high-protein grilled dishes and seasonal specials.
  • Maintain precise portion control and minimise food waste.
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
  • Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Proven experience in a commercial kitchen (Short Order or Café experience is a plus).
  • Skill: Strong knife skills and the ability to manage multiple dockets under pressure.
  • Reliability: A punctual, hard-working professional who takes pride in their workspace.
  • Communication: Fluent English and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
