Office Administrator – Full Time

In this varied and front-facing position, you’ll be responsible for a range of administration and accounts tasks that support the wider team. Key duties include:

  • Providing administrative support of all staff, ensuring daily office functions run seamlessly
  • Processing Client Referrals in a timely manner and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide support to staff with our Client Management System
  • Assisting with Xero processes

Someone with a positive, professional approach and a strong attention to detail. If you’re organised and proactive, we’d love to hear from you. You will bring:

  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • A mature, enthusiastic, “can-do” attitude
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • At least three years’ experience in administration and accounts
  • Proficiency with Xero and Client Management Systems
