We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and inspire our front-line service teams in Auckland and Christchurch. This role is all about delivering an exceptional customer experience — from the initial vehicle inquiry to after-sales support.You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey and ensuring our service standards exceed expectations.

Pay rate- $24 per hour
Working Hours- 30 to 40 Per week and Weekend availability is required.
Your duties will be:-- Build and keep good relationships with customers and other important people.
- Work hard to meet and go beyond service goals and budget targets.
- Give great customer service in a friendly and professional way.
- Follow all rules and handle warranty issues properly.
- Set a good example for others through honest and responsible work.
- Stay in touch with customers regularly to keep them happy and find ways to grow the business.
- Must have at 3 yrs of relevant experience or bachelor's degree or higher if you do not have relevant work experience.

We're now looking for a hands-on and reliable IT Systems & Database Administrator to support our internal systems, manage our server infrastructure, and ensure our data remains secure and accessible.

Position-Web Administrator X1Location-Auckland and Christchurch
Pay rate- $24 per hour
Working Hours- 30 to 40 Per week
Your duties will be:-- Plan and develop operating systems and associated server hardware
- Install and support computer operating systems and applications
- Document system processes and configurations
- Ensure backup, archiving, and recovery systems are functional and up to date
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
- Test new systems and assist with application rollout and commissioning
- Organise or deliver user training for new software and processes
- Design and maintain a secure and scalable database system to manage company records
- Write documentation for databases, including standards, definitions, and procedures
- Monitor database growth and performance, and plan capacity and security upgrades
- Ensure the database is protected against failure or external threats
- Must have at 3 yrs of relevant experience or bachelor's degree or higher if you do not have relevant work experience.
- Experience in systems administration and/or database management
- Knowledge of server environments (e.g. Windows Server, Linux)
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
