About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Customer Services Manager to be the heart of our client journey. Think of yourself as a flight attendant for the mortgage process - you'll ensure every client has a smooth, comfortable experience while our brokers (pilots) navigate the technical aspects of getting them into a home.No mortgage or banking experience needed - just exceptional service skills and a warm, organized approach.
You will manage the administrative workflow for multiple brokers, keeping clients informed, documents organized, and processes running smoothly. You don't need deep mortgage knowledge - our brokers handle all technical decisions. You need exceptional organizational skills, warm communication, and the ability to keep multiple balls in the air with grace.

- Tech-Savvy: Everything we do is online. (Our printer decoration!)
- Detail Detective: Details matter. There's a big difference between a settlement date of the 15th and the 25th.
- Communication Superstar: Make anxious clients feel comfortable! Your job is to make our clients feel like they've got this, even when they're convinced they don't.
- Team Player: You'll be working with brokers, banks, lawyers, and clients. It takes a village to buy a house, and you're the village coordinator.
- Customer Service Champion: You've made people smile even when they were having the worst day. You have had 2+ Years in customer service.
- Process driven: You love systems, checklists, spreadsheets, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Calm Under Pressure: Deadlines don't stress you out, they energise and motivate you.
- You understand that buying a first home is scary, emotional, and overwhelming - and your job is to make it feel safe and manageable.
- You thrive on being the person everyone can count on to have the answers (or know exactly who to ask).
What You'll Do Day-to-Day
You'll be the friendly, helpful voice for our clients on their home-buying journey.
Client Champion:- Responsible for sending out new client welcome gifts
- Turn anxious questions into calm conversations
- Celebrate the wins - from loan approvals to settlement days
- Be the reassuring presence that makes paperwork feel manageable
- Guide clients through document collection
- Keep our CRM humming with real-time updates
- Keeping everyone abreast of the bank timelines and requirements
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Partner with our brokers to deliver seamless service
- Share ideas to make our processes even better

What we offer:- Money: A base salary of $60,000 - $70,000
- Work Hours: 9-5 Monday - Friday
