DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following menu recipes and standards.Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimise food waste.
Collaborate with management on menu planning and specials.
Ensure timely food preparation to meet service demands.
Maintain kitchen equipment and report any faults or repairs needed.
Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
Innovate and experiment with new recipes to enhance the menu.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure ingredients and final products are freshSetting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Checking ingredients to make sure the quality and freshness
Preparing and cooking food in various utensils and grillers
Seasoning, portioning, adding sauces to the food during/after cooking
Preparing food to meet client’s taste and dietary needs
Arrange food on plates or wrap it to be taken away
Storing and reserving food
Assisting in planning menus, estimating food and labour costs
Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of machines before each run, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assisting with training kitchen staff
