Senior Cook/Chef de partie

We are looking for people to join our team in our busy restaurant and bar right in the heart of Arrowtown.
Minimum 30hrs p/w - max 50hrs p/w
You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the service. We are looking for someone who has a comprehensive background in restaurant service including the Food Control Plan.
You will have a minimum of 2yrs experience working in a commercial kitchen.
Minimum 30hrs p/w - max 50hrs p/w
$30 - $35 p/h
You must be available to work flexible hours and have good spoken and written English.
You must be legally allowed to work in New Zealand.
FULL TIME SENIOR COOK/Chef de partie
Reporting to the Head Chef and working closely with the owners and the FOH team, this role will form a key part of our kitchen team.You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the service. We are looking for someone who has a comprehensive background in restaurant service including the Food Control Plan.
You will have a minimum of 2yrs experience working in a commercial kitchen.
Previous experience in stock control and ordering is a bonus.
From you we want someone who has attention to detail, can work across all sections within the kitchen
