Key Accountabilities: Advocating for Best-Practice Architecture: Driving excellence in architectural practices across the organisation, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals.
Providing Leadership and Expert Advice: Acting as a credible leader and trusted advisor, aligning the Architecture group's efforts to support successful delivery through: Solution Architecture Excellence: Delivering high-quality architecture across multiple product areas through solution blueprints, options analysis, high-level design, and assurance activities that inform sound decision-making.
Strategic Architecture Delivery: Shaping and evolving our strategic architecture through the development of component models, roadmaps, blueprints, and standards that guide long-term planning and investment.Fostering a High-Performing Team Culture: Actively contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment that empowers the Architecture team to thrive.
Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrating advanced stakeholder management by building strong relationships and driving cross-functional engagement to deliver meaningful and effective outcomes for Police.

You will work effectively within a collaborative architecture practice and demonstrate a strong understanding of contemporary technologies and architectural methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, enabling you to work seamlessly with product owners, enterprise architects, domain architects' solution architects, and delivery teams.
