The role is responsible for PEO leadership and delivery of PEO operational services within 6 Policing Districts.The successful applicant will be leading high performing individuals from the Southern based PEO team.
Key Accountabilities: Lead the activities for Our Business and enable our people to deliver on them.
Demonstrate effective leadership, motivate, and continue to further develop a high performing team, building capability to ensure a strong and positive culture.Work collaboratively and develop and maintain effective communication and partnerships both within our organisation and externally.
Promote and develop fitness and health and wellbeing initiatives and resources for all employees.
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements: Must have a tertiary qualification in either Physical Education or another related field.
Must have a current full NZ Driver's License Previous experience in the leadership of teams is desirable.Must hold the right to work in New Zealand.

Some travel will be required.
This role is Team Leader level.

Utu ā-tau | Salary This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $102,808 and $108,894 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
