Stand at the stern of the canoe and feel the spray of the future biting at your face Mō te tūnga | About the role As the Product Manager of People and Corporate Services, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of digital products.

Supporting HR, Finance, Property, Fleet, Procurement, and Learning & Development.
Engaging with senior leaders and business sponsors to understand needs, prioritise enhancements, and align product strategy with Police operational and strategic goals.
Oversee Technical Product Owners managing break/fix, enhancements and upgrades across platforms, predominantly SAP.
Maintain product roadmaps that balance stability with innovation, informed by data, user feedback, and enterprise architecture.
Collaborate across ICT and business teams to enable efficient, integrated corporate services and support the Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) Transformation programme.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A passion for driving change, building a delivery focussed and high achieving team and leading by example.
Must have an in-depth technical knowledge of SAP Whakaritenga motuhake | Special requirements This role is based in the Wellington area.
Some travel may be required between Wellington city and Porirua.
This role is Strategic People Leader level.

tu ā-tau | Salary This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $171,055 and $218,570.
