Due to our fabulous Office Manager relocating we have a position available for an Office Administrator to join our team.
We are a small administrative team working from an office at Little Farm Preschool and Nursery, in Paraparaumu.We service 11 early childhood services, supporting them to meet Ministry of Education funding rules, invoicing for our whanau, payroll and other business related administrative tasks.
We seek a team member who is able to work Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm.
Attributes we wish our new team member to have; - Intermediate Excel knowledge, Excel knowledge and experience is a must.- General computer/ email knowledge
- Have the ability to multitask and be adaptable - changing tasks, but then being pick them back up again quickly.
- Bubbly and friendly personality.
- Organised
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Understanding of ECE a bonus, but not necessary
- Works well in a team as well as able to achieve individual tasks
- Willingness to learn, adapt and change.
- Strong communicator
